Our Team
Bob Daniel – Owner/Strategic-Partner
Bob has spent over 15 years as the Owner and Manager of PrideStaff Las Vegas, in addition to extensive management experience in hiring, training, and managing cross-functional teams. These teams consisted of sales, supply chain, marketing, and web development at IBM, Micron, and Fujifilm.
Bob was a Staff Instructor at IBM’s Management Development Center and was responsible for developing and training the management team.
Fun Fact: Dedicated basketball fan. He watches both college and professional teams, but the Lakers are his absolute favorite.
DEMONT DANIEL – BRANCH MANAGER
Demont has spent over 15 years as the Branch Manager of PrideStaff Las Vegas.
He has been an influential part of the Las Vegas business community while running the day-to-day operations of PrideStaff Las Vegas.
Fun Fact: Avid Star Wars fan, and One with the Force.
Tamla Middleton – STAFFING CONSULTANT
Tamla joined PrideStaff possessing a solid recruiting, scheduling, and interviewing background in the healthcare industry. Her background also includes business administration, project management, and she was a shop steward in her healthcare union for 8 years.
Tamla is a staffing consultant with more than 5 years of experience and she manages many of our key accounts, as well as our event staffing and trade shows.
Fun Fact: Mother of two wonderful kids, an adventurous foodie, loves traveling, and is a passionate 49ers fan.
MOLLY SPOELSTRA – RECRUITING ASSISTANT
Molly has been with PrideStaff since July of 2022. Her background is in education and customer service, with just about 15 years of combined experience in both fields. Molly has a Bachelor’s of Art degree in Early Childhood Education from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, CA.
Molly is the subject-matter expert in recruiting, leveraging her expertise to match exceptional talent with their dream careers.
Fun Fact: Loves spending time with her family, playing video games with her husband, and crafting.
JESSICA NIEDZALKOWSKI – RECRUITING ASSISTANT
Jessica brings more than 15 years of experience in the staffing industry to PrideStaff. Her background also includes HR administration and accounting. Jessica is a recruiting assistant, and is eager to put to use her knowledge of recruitment initiatives in our Las Vegas office.
Fun Fact: Mother of two beautiful daughters and a die hard OSU and Cleveland sports fan.
